FAQ

How does payment work?

When you sign up for our Monthly Wellbeing Subscription Box, you will be billed once a month for £36. Your first payment will be taken on the date you place your order. Then you will be charged automatically every month until you cancel or pause your subscription. Or pay upfront with no contract and experience 3 or 6 months of self-care to your door. Discount codes cannot be used while purchasing subscriptions. 

When do I receive my box?

We aim to ship all boxes out on the first week of each month. Your first box will be in December, shipping from the 6th of December. Sign up before the 16th to get the December Wellbeing Box.

What will I get in a Wellbeing Subscription Box?

Each month you will receive 3-5 eco-friendly self-care products from small businesses which link to wellbeing and self-care. We NEVER put samples in the boxes. We always design our monthly boxes around one theme such as anxiety, mindfulness, self-love. You will get seasonal products to boost your mood in any season such as natural skincare, hand poured candles, organic tea, chocolate, wellbeing journals and more.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

When you sign up for the Monthly Wellbeing Subscription Box, your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel or pause it. You are able to view your subscription and cancel or pause at any time through a link you get after you placed your first order. Payment is taken on the 5th each month, so you need to ensure you cancel or pause your subscription no later than the day before, if you want to opt out of the next month.
