Shipping Policy

All orders received before 11 am from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. Orders that are received after 11 am from Monday to Friday or the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day. 

Royal Mail Service Update

Unfortunately Royal Mail themselves do state that on rare occasions it can take up to 10 working days to deliver parcels due to delays in the postal system. Despite this being completely outside our control we understand that through experience, once items are delayed they do turn up after a couple of days.
 
As such, our general policy is to wait until the full 10 working days have elapsed before taking further action in the way of sending a replacement or refund, as in most cases, the parcel does arrive in this time frame.

Free Tracked Shipping on orders over £45

Please note: Free shipping is based on the total of the order and not the subtotal before discounts or special offers are applied. For Free Shipping we use Standard Tracked Delivery (2 to 4 working days).

Standard Tracked Delivery (2 to 4 working days) is £4.50

Express Tracked Delivery (1 to 2 working days) is £6.50

 

Europe, USA, Canada, Australia

We are not currently shipping to Europe due to the new regulations. We are however working on this and hope to resume soon.

We do not currently ship to Canada and the USA or Australia and New Zealand.
