Shipping Policy

Fulfilment Time UK

All UK orders received before 2pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. UK orders that are received after 2pm from Monday to Friday or the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Fulfilment Time International

All International orders received before 12pm from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. International orders that are received after 12pm from Monday to Friday or the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Royal Mail Service Update

Unfortunately Royal Mail themselves do state that on rare occasions it can take up to 10 working days to deliver parcels due to delays in the postal system. Despite this being completely outside our control we understand that through experience, once items are delayed they do turn up after a couple of days.

As such, our general policy is to wait until the full 10 working days have elapsed before taking further action in the way of sending a replacement or refund, as in most cases, the parcel does arrive in this time frame.

United Kingdom

Free Tracked Shipping on orders over £45*

Please note: Free shipping is based on the total of the order and not the subtotal before discounts or special offers are applied. For Free Shipping we use Standard Tracked Delivery (2 to 4 working days).

Standard Tracked Delivery (2 to 4 working days) is £4.50

Express Tracked Delivery (1 to 2 working days) is £6.50

DPD Next Day Delivery (next working day) is £8.00

*We usually don't handle larger orders, such as corporate and bulk orders (10+ gift boxes), through our online processing system. Instead, we recommend that customers get in touch with us directly for these types of orders. After contacting us, we can provide you with the exact shipping cost, which may vary.

International Shipping

For EU countries, Canada, and the USA, any import duties or taxes are the customer's or recipient's responsibility. Following the UK's exit from the EU on January 1, 2021, those in Europe may incur additional local charges. Please check with your local customs authorities, as payment of any fees is required to receive goods, and we cannot be held responsible.
